Qualifications

• 8+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or critical facilities.
• Experience managing critical environments such as data centers, laboratories, or secure facilities.
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities within matrixed organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems with budget management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of strategic facility projects while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and increase reliability across critical systems.
• Manage budgets and provide financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and tenant financial statements.
• Direct vendor performance and contractor activities to maintain 24/7 readiness.
• Develop annual management plans aligning operations with client objectives and security protocols.
