Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to lead the Workplace Experience and Integrated Facilities Management for select accounts in Kansas City and St. Louis.

You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape strategic operating plans and drive performance across multiple sites. In this role, you will coach high-performing teams, manage client relationships, prepare data-driven recommendations, and ensure compliance with client requirements while advancing

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in facility and operations leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Admin, Finance, PM, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate, project management and real estate finance fundamentals.
• Accomplished thought leader with a track record of delivering strategic operating plans.
• Strong client relationship management and leadership in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop the account's IFM strategic operating plan and portfolio strategies.
• Lead client relationships and collaborate with Account Leadership to set goals.
• Prepare presentations and data-driven recommendations to advance service delivery.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee regional workplace experiences and facilities services, ensuring contract compliance.
