Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of healthcare facilities operations and Life Safety standards.
• Experience with AHJs, accreditation, and regulatory inspections.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specs, and codes.
• Proven budget management and cost optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc).
• Lead staff, ensure safety, compliance, and timely work completion.
• Manage budgets for labor, materials, and contractors; review invoices.
• Coordinate with AHJs and regulatory bodies to resolve deficiencies.
