Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; Architecture/Engineering/Construction preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction project management experience.

• Proficiency with office software and project documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Generates project status reports and ensures plans adhere to contract specifications.
• Provides construction budgets and periodic budget updates.
• Formulates schedules for construction phases and inputs into master schedule.
• Coordinates with staff engineers to formalize construction documents.
• Facilitates bidding, analyzes bids, and prepares bid summaries.
• Prepares contract documentation acceptable to lenders.
• Inspects projects to ensure compliance and schedules status meetings.
• Reviews consultant invoices from architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Ensures internal controls and compliance with University policies and procedures; trains staff on controls.
