Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property and facility operations, coordinating vendors for security, cleaning, and landscaping.
• Manage permits, renewals and inspections for environmental, groundwater and storage facilities.
• Coordinate construction and production line installations during ramp‑up, securing permits and approvals.
• Conduct routine 5S inspections and oversee security improvements from planning to acceptance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and external vendors, tracking progress and ensuring safety and compliance.
