Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness across venues. You will repair games, manage contractors, and supervise janitorial and landscaping tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving, proactive planning, and adherence to safety standards to create welcoming, well-maintained venues for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or similar role.
• Ability to inspect and repair games and equipment, perform routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs and prioritize tasks.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on games, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized work.
• Manage janitorial team and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal to keep venues welcoming.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and reorder as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other department heads on facility-related activities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
