Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Facilities Tech to maintain and service our entertainment venues, including arcade games, bowling lanes, and AV setup. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure a premium guest experience across our theaters.

The role requires strong hands-on mechanical skills and the ability to read schematics, with responsibilities spanning electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic IT record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for managing maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on arcade games.
• Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
• Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
• Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for presentations and events.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations; ensure maintenance work complies with local codes.
