Es Vedra Cinemas is seeking a Cinema Manager to oversee operations, scheduling, and presentation. You will lead ushers and turn teams, manage film setup, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a proven cinema management background, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with programming and distributors. Evening and weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Film Studies or related field.
• State alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification required.
• Proven cinema management experience and strong operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish showtimes, optimize theater space.
• Lead ushers and turn teams to ensure top service.
• Oversee film setup, playlists, and technical readiness.
• Inspect facilities and address maintenance promptly.
• Coordinate screenings with programming for events.
• Monitor box office and attendance data for insights.
• Enforce safety, security policies, and guest care.
• Maintain distributor relations and industry awareness.
• Stay updated on cinema trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
