Job summary

Es Vedra Cinemas seeks a Facilities Tech to maintain the audio-visual experience and ensure the bowling and gaming areas operate at peak efficiency. You will perform regular maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and handle basic building tasks to keep facilities in top condition.

The role requires strong technical skills, knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems, and the ability to interpret manuals and schematics.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and mechanical capabilities are required.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC is needed.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for maintenance records.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on arcade games.
• Ensure all games, bowling lanes, and scoring systems function safely.
• Set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for events and presentations.
• Develop and follow a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and manage inventory of parts.
• Assist with general facility upkeep and safety compliance.
• Address facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
