You will oversee maintenance, safety, and compliance with federal and local regulations, and manage contracts and budgeting to keep facilities safe and cost-efficient.

The role requires extensive experience in facilities management within nonprofit or educational settings, with CPSI certification preferred and strong MS Office and reporting skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience administering complex facilities operations.
• Certification in playground inspection (CPSI) and/or safety inspections desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and facility management software.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise daily operations for multiple program and administrative facilities.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs including custodial, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, security, and groundskeeping.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors; manage RFP processes for repairs and renovations.
• Develop energy, utilities, and waste reduction plans; maintain safety records.
