Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Facilities or Construction Management or a related field.
• Three years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property management, or related field.
• Two years in a leadership role overseeing maintenance, building services, or facilities personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop building services and facilities personnel.
• Manage work order system and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security systems.
• Oversee vendor management, bids, quotes, and contract performance across locations.
• Assist with department budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and inventories.
