Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and 3 years of facilities management experience.
• At least three years in facilities management with leadership experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, schedule, and develop facilities personnel with clear work priorities.
• Oversee work order system and ensure timely maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular site inspections across multiple locations.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and after-hours issues.
• Manage contractors, bids, and service vendors; verify work before invoicing.
