Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance and minor repairs across facilities (plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, fixtures).
• Troubleshoot routine facility issues and determine when contractors are needed.
• Conduct preventive maintenance per schedules (filters, bulbs, fixtures, hardware).
• Coordinate work with staff to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
• Assist with renovations, moves, and furniture installation as needed.
• Travel between agency facilities as required.
