Sheridan Grove Recovery is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly for patients and staff. The role requires strong organization, energy, and process orientation to support a safe, welcoming environment.

The position schedules are weekdays with some on-call duties; compensation ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 per year plus benefits. The role includes supervising staff and coordinating maintenance across multiple building systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personnel management experience preferred.
• Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and bids for services.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems.
• Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans.
• Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies.
• Improve systems and processes continuously.
• Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
