  • Project Coordination : Plan, prioritize, and oversee capital projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion. Support other departments with project scope and execution for rollouts.
  • Maintenance Strategy : Lead and optimize preventative maintenance programs for equipment and systems to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
  • Repair/Replace Analytics : Perform analytics on FF&E and building systems to make cost-effective repair/replace decisions.
  • Work Order Management : Oversee the work order network, providing guidance and ensuring timely completion of maintenance requests.
  • Landlord & Property Liaison : Act as the field contact for problem resolution with landlords or property managers.
  • Warranty Management : Ensure compliance with warranties for equipment and services at the restaurant level.
  • Communicate regularly with the leadership team, providing updates on projects and maintenance trends.
  • Manage, track, and evaluate significant R&M expenses.

  • Project Management : Demonstrated success in managing repair and preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and budgets.
  • Technical Knowledge : Solid understanding of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and delegate effectively.
  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • Travel : Travel is required, both by car and plane.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
