Position Details

• Title: Facilities Manager
• Reports To: Business Services Manager / Unit Director
• Salary: $65,000
• Pay Grade: 12

ESFM, a division of Compass Group USA, specializes in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and is a member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This position involves managing soft services including janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, waste management, pest control, and mail/shipping, as well as overseeing teams providing mail/shipping and audio-visual support. The Facilities Manager will also handle budget responsibilities, vendor contracts, and collaborate closely with the site Facility Manager and Unit Director on operational goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of facilities management services and client management
• Minimum of 5 years experience in soft services industry
• Strong management, organizational, and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams)
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
