As a Facility Manager,you will be responsible for assisting and coordinating repairs and upgrades as needed within the facility. You will manage projects to completion in areas of carpentry, electrical, property management. You must also be willing to perform any maintenance duties in compliance with established policies and procedures of the facility, state regulations and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) standards.
