At Highland Spring, our Engineering and Facilities teams play a vital role in making sure our sites operate safely, efficiently and reliably every day. We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our facilities, buildings and services at The Ochils in Blackford, Perthshire.
This is a full time, on-site role where you’ll have a real opportunity to shape how our facilities are managed and developed. You’ll ensure the site remains safe, compliant and fit for the future, while supporting our production needs and wider business growth.
In this varied role, you’ll oversee everything from statutory compliance, utilities and maintenance through to facilities strategy, sustainability initiatives and major site upgrades. You’ll work closely with colleagues, contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies to make sure our facilities operate to the highest standards.
You’ll take ownership of facilities management across The Ochils, balancing long‑term planning with the day‑to‑day needs of a busy manufacturing site.

We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager who is equally comfortable developing a long term strategy and getting involved in the operational detail when needed.
You’ll bring strong knowledge of health and safety, building and environmental regulations, alongside experience managing compliance, audits and regulatory inspections.
