EAM-Mosca Corp., Hazle Township PA, a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking a Facilities Manager to act as key resource in the execution and coordination of buildings and grounds maintenance to two properties with a combined square footage of 283,000 square feet. The Facilities Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager – Machine Assembly / Site Lead.

Job Summary:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair and cleanliness of the 525 Jaycee Drive and 675 Jaycee drive facilities and grounds. The facilities manager will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the facilities, equipment and systems. This role ensures that all building infrastructure (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, etc.) is operating safely and efficiently, supporting the overall functionality and safety of the workplace. The facilities manager will be responsible for managing contractors performing required building inspections as well as overseeing or performing required maintenance. The role is also responsible for managing building sanitation, lawn care, landscape care as well as winter maintenance of driveways, parking areas and sidewalks.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts and documents routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety).
Respond promptly to maintenance service requests, including emergency repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards, including outdoor areas (e.g., snow removal, landscaping, waste management).
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs or projects.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA).
Assist with facility improvement projects and office/production area reconfigurations.
Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
Support environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
3+ years of facilities maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (hot/cold, heights, confined spaces).
Work Environment:
Combination of indoor office, production, and outdoor environments.
May require work outside of normal business hours, including evenings or weekends, for emergencies or projects.
