A leading company is seeking a Full Time Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and operations at Westmoreland Country Club. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of facility care, and experience in managing a team. Responsibilities include ensuring facility cleanliness, managing contracts, and providing excellent service to guests. Ideal candidates are analytical problem solvers with extensive knowledge of facility care, operation, repair, and maintenance, including grounds upkeep and contracted services such as trash, elevator, boiler, HVAC, and window cleaning. The Facilities Manager will lead the onsite team of technicians and maintenance personnel. Previous supervisory experience is required.
