ManpowerGroup is seeking a Facilities Manager to join the Facilities Operations Team in Celina, TX. You will lead plant operations, engineering, and maintenance to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations onsite.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of facilities leadership, budget ownership, and healthcare regulatory knowledge, along with CMMS and SharePoint proficiency, to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in facilities management or plant operations leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, personnel, and teams.
• Experience with healthcare facilities, regulatory compliance and life safety requirements.
• Proficiency with CMMS/Work order systems, Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations.
• Manage facility budgets, financial performance, KPIs, SLAs, personnel development, and operational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code requirements, safety standards, and facility maintenance programs.
• Oversee vendor performance, CMMS activities, maintenance services, and work order processes.
• Support staff training, regulatory compliance initiatives, infection control protocols, safety programs, and continuous improvement efforts.

Our client is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager , you will be part of the Facilities Operations Team supporting healthcare facility operations, engineering, maintenance, regulatory compliance, life safety programs, and plant operations management . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing budgets and personnel, healthcare regulatory compliance experience, and a commitment to operational excellence , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Celina, TX

Pay Range: $50 to $53/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Onsite)

What's the Job?

• Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

• Strong communication, organizational, presentation, and leadership skills.
