Job summary

Meridian Senior Living is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure the Community is safe for residents and staff, attractive, and well maintained while staying within the maintenance budget.

The role requires proficiency in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing, and the ability to perform resident room renovations and manage preventative maintenance. A valid driver’s license and health/background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to perform resident room renovation.
• Must be familiar with fire and life safety prevention equipment.
• Required to perform preventative maintenance on all building equipment.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
