Job summary

Meridian Senior Living seeks a Facilities Manager to keep the Community safe, attractive, and well maintained while staying within the maintenance budget. This role requires hands-on skills and oversight of building systems to ensure a high standard of living for Residents.

Relevant work experience (2+ years preferred); proficiency in carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing; must have a valid driver’s license; be familiar with fire and life safety equipment; pass health and background
