The Facilities Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of Broadmead's buildings and grounds. This role manages day-to-day facilities activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
