Duration:
(6+ months)

Payrate:
$37.00/hr. on W2 with benefits

Shift Timings:
First Shift

Note:
Remote Job, but on-site meetings with advance notice.

Responsibilities:
  • The Facilities Management Specialist II reports directly to the Technical Program/Project Manager III.
  • Assist the customer service and project goals of the Facilities Management Team.
  • Maintain existing systems in coordination with Department personnel; not responsible for creating new systems.
  • Manage small projects serving individual departments or groups.
  • Coordinate staff movement within facilities and procurement of furniture.
  • Support space planning and other assigned tasks.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design, with eligibility for registration.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Facilities, Architectural, or Interior Design environments.
  • Experience with private facility owners preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Manage facility-related work requests via CMMS.
  • Coordinate furniture purchase, placement, and relocation.
  • Coordinate moves of agency personnel.
  • Facilitate administrative space planning.
  • Utilize software systems such as BIM, CMMS, EDMS, and IWMS to improve department efficiency.
  • Manage small projects like signage, artwork, and wall-hangings.
  • Monitor space utilization software and provide data analysis.
  • Procure and manage contracts for property maintenance.
