Job summary

The ICT Program Manager at Stellantis leads planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives supporting Vehicle Allocation, Inventory Management, and Ordering systems.   • Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in program management, project management, business analysis, or technology delivery roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with project management/work tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Understanding of SDLC and system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items with timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder communications.
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization with business/product teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand integrations and data flows.

Job description

The ICT Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of technology initiatives supporting Vehicle Allocation, Inventory Management, and Ordering systems. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, priorities are aligned, and solutions are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of technology projects and enhancements across Vehicle Allocation, Inventory Management, and Ordering platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, business requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate activities across business, development, testing, data, integration, and support teams.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Facilitate requirements workshops, project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization activities in partnership with business and product teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand system integrations, data flows, interfaces, and solution impacts.
  • Ensure requirements are communicated clearly and implemented according to business needs.
  • Coordinate testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect management.
  • Support implementation planning, deployment activities, user readiness, and transition to production support.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on scope, schedule, risks, and key milestones.
  • Maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, process documentation, and implementation records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and team collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in program management, project management, business analysis, or technology delivery roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with project management and work tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Working knowledge of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Sales, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Ordering systems.
  • Experience participating in enterprise application implementations or system enhancement projects.
  • Knowledge of reporting, data management, and business process improvement practices.
  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications preferred.
