Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks across facilities trades.
• Ability to operate common trades equipment with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow work orders and keep logs for assignments.
• Perform concrete work, space planning, and layout support.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as trained.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment; report defects.
• Assist with snow removal and site safety initiatives.
