Job summary

Coastal Companies, LLC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance across multiple client sites in Warwick and Westerly, RI. You will handle light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, concrete, asphalt, and carpentry; troubleshoot systems; respond to work orders; inspect properties; and stay organized while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

2+ years of general maintenance or facilities experience.
Experience using hand tools.
Experience with concrete and asphalt.
Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and stay organized on the job.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance tasks across client sites (light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting).
Handle concrete, asphalt, carpentry, and routine repairs.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems.
Respond to work orders and emergency calls.
Conduct property inspections and identify issues.
Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Communicate with team, supervisors, and clients as needed.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
