Qualifications

• Must be proficient at advanced shop mathematics.
• Able to read and interpret complicated drawings, specifications, charts and tables.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities, equipment and systems including heating, electrical, plumbing and HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments and replacements.
• Read and follow complex manuals and blueprints to service equipment.
