Job Summary: Maintain the company's systems, facilities, and equipment, including all building contents, equipment, machinery, minor plumbing, and minor electrical systems.

Sign On Bonus: $3,000.00

Shift Options:

Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday; 5am - 5:30pm (12% differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC & VRF systems, and maintain ovens, paint booths, duct and exhaust systems, freezers, garage doors, loading docks, and floor scrubbers.
• Use the Building Management System to support proper operation temperatures.
• Perform remodeling, expansions, and changes to the building or relocation of contents.
• Keep all work areas clean, orderly, and presentable at all times, including snow removal for safe access.
• Wear proper protective equipment during job functions.
• Utilize the Asset Essential work order system for documentation and job duties; may be assigned to different work areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or designees.

Education and/or Experience:

HVAC certification, mechanical, and machine maintenance and troubleshooting are mandatory.

• Two-year college degree or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

• Proficiency in computer skills necessary for job functions.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
