Facilities Maintenance Technician - Weekend Shift

Job Summary: Maintain the company's systems, facilities, and equipment, including building contents, equipment, machinery, minor plumbing, and minor electrical systems.

Sign On Bonus: $3,000.00

Shift Options: Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday; 5am - 5:30pm (12% differential)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC & VRF systems. Maintain ovens, paint booths, duct and exhaust systems, freezers, garage doors, loading docks, and floor scrubbers.
• Use the Building Management System to support proper operation temperatures.
• Perform remodeling, expansions, and changes to the building or relocation of contents.
• Keep work areas clean, orderly, and presentable at all times, including snow removal for safe access.
• Wear proper protective equipment during job functions.
• Use the Asset Essential work order system to document job duties. May be assigned to different work areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or designees.

Education and/or Experience: HVAC certification preferred; mechanical and machine maintenance/troubleshooting mandatory. Two-year college degree or 3-5 years’ related experience/training, or equivalent.

Job Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

• Computer skills necessary for job functions.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent team player.
• Driver’s license.
