Job summary

Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to support safe, functional, and welcoming facilities across multiple sites in Shreveport, LA. This full-time role involves routine maintenance, minor repairs, painting, assembly, and vehicle operation, with travel between locations as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and hands-on maintenance experience; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, HiSET/GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, construction, property upkeep, repair work, or related area required.
• A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Safety/equipment/position-specific training required for duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, preventive maintenance, and general property upkeep at Goodwill NLA locations.
• Operate good will maintenance vehicle and transport tools between locations.
• Complete work orders with safety and minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with leadership to complete work safely and efficiently.
