Job summary

Goodwill of Southern Nevada is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across multiple locations, including retail stores, the clearance center, and central warehouse in Las Vegas. Duties include carpentry, painting, electrical work, minor plumbing, and fixture setup to keep facilities operational.

Candidate should be able to travel between sites, operate a range of tools, and follow safety rules and procedures while contributing to a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent completion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to travel between Goodwill locations with equipment and supplies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior; adaptable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility maintenance and modification at all Goodwill owned or leased facilities.
• Installs and sets up new retail store fixtures at existing and new locations.
• Monitors recurring maintenance and maintains repair records.
• Performs carpentry, painting, basic electrical work, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Assists in safety repairs and other projects as directed by management.
• Supports safety protocols and ensures environment is secure.
