Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in building systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner.
• Work from blueprints, schematics and manuals as needed.
• Explain conditions and situations clearly while troubleshooting.
• Work all shifts and hours as scheduled.
• Comply with all policies and dress code; maintain safety in the department.
• May perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and bed repair tasks.
