Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• High school education or GED.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Reading blueprints/site plans is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Investigate and resolve facility-related issues and service interruptions.
• Provide courier and delivery services between branch locations.
• Maintain inventory and distribution of facility maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Support facility development projects, including capital improvements.
• Ensure OSHA and safety standards compliance.
• Assist with special events preparation and coordination.
