Whisperwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Texas is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to keep our facility safe and comfortable for residents. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with repairs, and support daily operations to ensure the building runs smoothly.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HVAC, boilers, water systems, generators, and preventative maintenance, communicates clearly, works well in a team, and stays safety-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and generators.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and teamwork.
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented.
• Ability to adapt to changing facility needs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of equipment and tools.
• Maintain the physical plant, grounds, and equipment in safe, working order.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure a clean, hazard-free environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Report and respond to maintenance issues promptly.
