Benchmark Senior Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to uphold safety and aesthetic standards across our facilities. The role involves performing repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring clean and well-maintained resident spaces, and coordinating with the Plant Operations Director on building conditions.

The technician will apply mechanical skills, follow chemical handling rules, and participate in required state trainings, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory

Formación

• Handles biohazardous waste per safety standards.
• Uses and stores chemicals per product/supervisor instructions.
• Knows and follows emergency procedures for chemical handling.
• Has strong mechanical repair skills for facility systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs (minor and major) to buildings and equipment.
• Lead regular and preventive maintenance programs.
• Communicate with the Maintenance Director on facility condition.
• Perform general maintenance (light electrical, painting, carpentry).
• Participate in in-service training as required by state regulations.
• Work effectively within the work-order system.
