Qualifications

• Cleans, maintains, and repairs building fixtures and equipment as part of routine maintenance.
• Assists in electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, and general repair tasks.
• Works under the supervision of the Supervisor of Building Trades.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, maintains, and repairs building fixtures and equipment, including locks, windows, doors, gutters, drains, shelving.
• Replaces light bulbs and fuses; assists in repairing electrical lines and fixtures.
• Assists in repairing roofs, plaster, concrete, and painting buildings and equipment.
