Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 in San Francisco is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker to provide maintenance and janitorial services to their facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance services and a valid California driver’s license. This role requires knowledge of building codes, a variety of construction tools, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience providing professional maintenance duty services.
• Valid and clean California driver's license and current automobile insurance.
• Experience with earthquake preparedness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and janitorial services to facilities.
• Assist with checking and replenishing supplies.
• Keep records of jobs completed for weekly maintenance summary.

Skills

Knowledge of building code and licensing requirements

Knowledge of basic building trades techniques

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Experience with a variety of construction tools

Culturally competent

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
