Job summary

Ingles Markets is seeking a Real Estate Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs on company properties. You will join the team serving retail locations in the Fletcher/Hendersonville, NC area.

Responsibilities include roadway and parking lot repairs, drywall and tile work, HVAC maintenance, plumbing and electrical tasks, and using a variety of hand tools. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and valid license, with strong time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Related construction or maintenance experience is desired.
• General handyman expertise and knowledge.
• Ability to complete maintenance tasks, as directed.

Responsibilities

• Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes.
• Building maintenance, dry wall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting.
• HVAC filter changes and maintenance.
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing electrical outlets and covers.
• Must have knowledge of an assortment of hand tools.
