The role services retail locations in the Fletcher/Hendersonville, NC area and requires hands-on skills in building maintenance, painting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, be 21+, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Related construction or maintenance experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Roadway/parking lot repairs, patching potholes.
• Building maintenance, drywall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior/exterior painting.
• HVAC filter changes and maintenance.
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing outlets/covers.
• Must have knowledge of an assortment of hand tools.
