Intersect Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Environmental Services Technician responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining production facility equipment per safety and predictive maintenance standards to support facility objectives.

Key duties include floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing), preventative maintenance inspections, HVAC and electrical checks, and housekeeping tasks to ensure clean, safe environments.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Three years of experience in comparable position preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Eye/hand coordination to use hand and power tools; ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing.
• Implement inspections and repairs required by the preventative maintenance program.
• Check and clean exhaust ventilators, HVAC units, and filter/air handlers.
• Replace light bulbs, hang pictures, and move furniture as required.
• Perform touch up and redecorating tasks such as patching and painting.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in a clean, safe, orderly area.
