Job summary

The role requires experience with heavy machinery and a valid driver’s license, with responsibilities including cost tracking, parts ordering, and warranty submissions. Training and safety programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification and 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspects, cleans, and repairs facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Uses heavy machinery and operates, inspects, and maneuvers forklifts and related equipment.
• Maintains work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors with proper documentation.
• Submits maintenance invoices and tracks purchases and usage.
