Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond immediately to emergency maintenance requests.
• Repair leaky faucets, toilets and plumbing as needed.
• Wall cleaning, painting, plaster and drywall repairs.
• Repair and replace doors and windows when necessary.
• Electrical work within scope of experience.
• Operate and maintain a variety of mechanical tools and equipment.
• Position is full-time and on-site.
• Other duties may be assigned.
