The Town Center Club Authority Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly. You will perform routine maintenance, inspect for damage, and repair or replace components to ensure safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and the ability to handle on-call requests nights and weekends. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Formación

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems knowledge.
• Strong problem solving and technical aptitude.
• Willing to be on call nights and weekends.
• Reliable and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Inspect building for structural issues and repair as needed.
• Record completed repairs and service history.
• Develop and apply preventative maintenance measures.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as required.
