Job summary

The Charter Club Inc is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our facilities running smoothly in Miami, FL. You will perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, inspect for damage, and coordinate repairs with team members.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience, on-call availability for nights and weekends, and a strong focus on safety, reliability, and accuracy in record-keeping.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
• On-call availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
• Recordkeeping of repairs and servicing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Inspect the building for structural damage and perform repairs.
• Document completed repairs and last service dates.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance measures.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
