Job summary

Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church in Dundalk, MD seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician under the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities include maintenance of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing systems, with flexibility for on-call hours.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with no more than 3 points.
Minimum 5 years of commercial or institutional maintenance experience.
Journey-level certification required.
Able to move furniture and equipment weighing 100 lbs or more and work in tight spaces; operate tools and systems.
Flexible to work on-call hours.
Practicing Catholic preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic and routine maintenance, construction, and repair tasks to meet safety and quality standards.
Assist with facility projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, fixture installation, and moving furniture or materials.
