Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to ensure efficiency and perform repairs.
• Inspect the building for structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform repairs as needed.
• Keep records of completed repairs and last service dates.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance measures to prevent safety risks and downtime.
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed.
