Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of painting, drywall, and general building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills for work orders and recordkeeping.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot minor repairs to drywall, doors, locks, and fixtures.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and work orders promptly.
• Assemble, install, move, and repair office furniture and equipment.
• Coordinate and oversee external contractors and service providers.
