Job summary

Walmart is seeking a General Facilities Maintenance Technician at our Princeton location to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetics of Walmart stores and fixtures. You’ll work under the General Maintenance Manager and follow established schedules, addressing repairs and improvements with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Trade certification and 3 years’ experience or 5 years in plumbing, electrical, or related trades.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• CDL may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment, and assets using multiple craft skills.
• Use work order system to document repairs and support stores.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
